I bought a mac mini m1 2020 and it allowed me to debug a bug preventing the game from running on mac os. The bug has been fixed and the mac os version finally runs. I've build an intel version using mac os runners on Mac Os 13 and it worked fine on my m1 system running mac os 15.3.1 when having installed rosetta. I'll keep the intel build e so it remains compatible with all macs (if they install rosetta)
